8 months!

So, we are 32 weeks, 8 months pregnant! Wow, just 4 weeks left! We are so ready. I feel so big and heavy, I could not imagine going to 40 weeks. Although I am about the size of someone that's 36 weeks. My doctor said at 32 weeks I could go outside, so that is just what I did. Casey called his buddy and we got to hang out at their pool all day! It was so great to be with friends and just feel somewhat normal. We also got to hang out with the babies of the group,they are all so cute. We got Leah making her funny face, Madison sucking her thumb, and Bryce ready to eat. Thank you all so much!




I am also so excited because our baby shower is just 2 weeks away! Our friends and family have been so supportive and everyone has been offering to our Moms that they want to help in someway. How did we get so lucky! You guys have all made this easier on us. Thank You All!!!

Daddy's Day, Lily's Day, and Goodbye

Happy Daddy's Day! We had a great day. Casey went to church for the baptism of our Niece, Lily, and his new Goddaughter:) I so wish I could have been there:( Casey's Uncle Angelo, Aunt Candy, Pop pop,Grandmom, Matt, Stacey, Mom all came to visit me. With a Wonderful surprise visit from Stacey's Dad, Malcolm, and Sister, Lisa. They were all so encouraging and it was so great to see family. Also, my Brother Joey, Sister in law Sue, Nieces, Sister Bernie, and my Dad came over for dinner and just hung out. It was so great!

We are 31 weeks! 5 weeks and counting. I have been feeling so good! I am ready to get up and just prepare for our baby. Next week some of my restrictions should be lifted and I should be able to go out!!! I can't wait.



Matt, Stacey, and Lily have been here for the week and are now on there way:( Matt will be back in July for a couple of days and then back to Haiti. They are going to miss the baby by 1 week. That stinks, but he is already so loved by them, we will make sure to send them plenty of pictures. Lily, what can I say, she is perfect! So happy and full of emotion and love. She is such a great baby. We will miss her so much. Please continue to pray for them as they travel a few more weeks before heading home.

Big Boy!

We had our ultrasound and doctor visit on Wednesday, everything is perfect! The doctor said in 2 more weeks I should be able to get out of the house:) During our ultrasound we were trying to guess what this lil boys weight would be. Just 4 weeks ago he was 2.4lbs, so we both guessed around 3.5lbs. Well, he surprised us both coming in at 4lbs!!! The doctor said " he's a little on the big side". We'll take it! The tech also said he has a lot of hair! We almost did not get any pictures because he was hiding his face again. He did the same thing last time Casey was there. So, I asked him to please turn and I would name him. Guess what, he turned!!! A name for him has been very difficult for us to agree on, but I think we got it. We will let you know shortly. We are so thankful for this healthy baby boy. We are just so excited and so ready to hold him. Thank you ALL for your continued prayers.

30 weeks!!!

We are now 30 weeks and could not be more excited! 6 weeks away and our dream will come true:) I feel like in the past day or so my belly has just grown, not that it wasn't already big, but now it is HUGE! I can't imagine it getting any bigger, and I still have 6 weeks to go. Oh my, I will not be able to move. Today I woke up at 6am to our boy just moving everywhere. He is already so active, but today it has been nonstop moving. He must be running out of room. We have a ultrasound and doctor appointment on Wednesday. We can't wait.



Matt, Stacey, and Lily made it safely to DE on Saturday. We are so happy they are here. Casey is sooo in Love with LilyBelle as he calls her. He just kept on telling me how beautiful she is. That she is. She is such a happy baby. She laughs and smiles so much. Matt and Stacey are very blessed. We hope that our baby is just as happy. We are ready!

home sweet home

After 7 weeks in the hospital, I am finally home! It feels great! I am a little weak and it takes me a few minutes to get up and go to the bathroom, but no matter, I am home! Casey is taking great care of me. He gets my meals, helps me up, and is just here for both of us. We love him so much:) Deebo has also been great. He has not jumped on me once. When I got home and sat down, he just grabbed his ball and sat between my legs with his tail whacking(his tail whacks, not wags). He barely leaves my side. He has been so gentle and careful around me, he must know the baby is in my belly.


We are 29 weeks! 7 weeks to go and he will be here! It has just flown by and I am hoping the last 7 weeks will too:) The baby is such a wiggle worm. I can just about always feel him. He does not like tight things or pressure on my belly and will let you know by kicking until you or it is off. He loves music. He kicks softly and my stomach will do a little wave if it's a song he likes. He goes nuts to the sound of his Daddy's voice:) With all his likes and dislikes in my belly, I can only imagine what he will be like when he gets here...and life to come.


Baby Ayars got his first box of diapers yesterday from "Papa Chelo", my Dad. He also got him his bouncy seat and will be getting his crib. We are so thankful for the gifts we are getting that will be necessary for this little ones every day life:) Thank You Papa!

Yesterday I had an ultrasound and everything is looking great! I should be able to go home in 2-4 weeks! We had a wonderful tech that gave us some incredible pictures. He has grown SO much since the last pictures 4 weeks ago. He looks like both of us:) There is no doubting that he is ours! He has Daddy's cheeks and his shape head. He has Mommy's nose, lips, and chin. What a blessing to be pregnant with this Miracle, and that is exactly what he is.


Titi Michelle got the baby some new sneakers! He is going to be the best dressed baby around. She has already spoiled this little one with so much. Not just with material items, but also with love. She has either called, emailed, or texted me every day since finding out I was pregnant. She has definitely helped to get me through this. Thank You!
