what a week

Tuesday we had a big scare. Nico ate peanut butter for the first time and it was NOT good! He had a bad allergic reaction. Hives, blisters, wheezing, again, NOT good! After a few hours in the ER, he was back to normal. He is on steroids and meds for the next week, but all better. What a welcome for Matt and Stacey.

Wednesday, I decided to stay home to watch Nico for a good 24 hours, and all was good. We went with Uncle Matt, Aunt Stacey, Lily, Sofie, Grammy, and PopPop to the farm and then to see Grammy Ayars and Uncle Joie. What a good day. WAY better than Tuesday :)

I caught the goat kissing Nico. He did not like it.

Baby Sofie, loving the sun.

Pic above is Lily milking her very first goat. And the pic below, one of the craziest pictures to me. Look at the size of the dog next to Lil, crazy!!!

Friday, Casey and I took the day off and just hung out with Matt, Stace, Lily, Sofie, and Nico. We went to a indoor playground and had a good 'ol time.  Nico and Lil were digging the games and the toddler play area.

These kidos got a good arm :)

Stacey and Lily climbing through the tunnels

Pooped!

Today ended with a nice BBQ! Lily is a little guppy :) She is such a good swimmer. Nico was a little hesitant but warmed up quickly by wanting to jump jump jump!

rain rain, don't go away?

Nico LOVED playing outside in the rain! He was jumping up and down in the puddles on the deck screaming, "RAIN, RAIN, JUMP JUMP". He was also devastated when I made him come inside because of the  lightning!

Oh baby!

Sofia Lovely Ayars has arrived!  She was born at 6am this morning, weighing in at 6 lbs 12 oz, 18 inches long. Mommy is doing well, baby girl is in good health, and Lily is so happy her, "Pretty, cute baby" has arrived. We can't wait to meet you little girl : )

With such a wonderful start to the day, we decided, lets keep it going.  We took Nico to the Philadelphia Zoo this morning. He LOVED it. "I see da Bonkeys", "There's da whorse(horse)". He has really been talking up a storm, now putting words together. It is crazy. Seems like so much bigger in just over night.

Nico got so excited when he saw the carousel, but not so excited when I tried to take him for a ride. He said "No Mommy, No No!" I asked, " Nico, i thought you wanted to ride"?  His reply again, "No, down". So we didn't ride. When he got back on the "side lines" he got so excited again.

(Whorse, Daddy)

My boys!

Such a big boy! He wanted to go see the Monkey all by himself. He was saying " Hi Bonkey, hi hi bonkey" Then, "Bye bye bye, bonkey" I love this boy!

This was Nico, before we walked out the Zoo. He wanted to walk all day, so as soon as we were finished and ready to head out, he didn't even make it out awake :)
