Nico had his one month appointment yesterday. He weighs 10 pounds, 10 ounces, and is 23 3/4inches long. He is in the 60th percentile for his weight and 90th for his height. He is going to be a big boy. He also got a shot yesterday. It was so heartbreaking:( He was so happy just relaxing in my arms sucking on his binki, then she stuck the needle in, eyes opened, mouth flew open, binki dropped, and WHAAAAAAAAAAA! I felt horrible. He didn't cry for very long, but he was yelling at us and you can tell it was yelling. The doctor did say he is PERFECT!!!
Nico has learned a new trick. He can roll over! When he gets tired of his tummy time, he no longer waits for us, he can roll over himself. The doctor didn't believe me until she saw him do it on the table at his appointment yesterday. She was amazed. She asked me how long he has been doing it. The first time he rolled was at 2 weeks, but I just thought he got lucky. He also just did it here and there. Now he can do it just about any time he wants. He's getting so big.
